OmniSeq by Labcorp is seeking a licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist (CLS/MLS/MLT/CLT) to join our team in Buffalo, NY.
Work Schedule: 1st shift, 4 x 10's (day off to be determined)
No previous molecular experience necessary. Extensive hands-on training will be provided. We're offering the opportunity to work within a supportive, team-oriented, and engaging environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform macrodissection on FFPE.
Extract and quantify RNA and DNA using manual and automated processes.
Prepare extracted RNA and DNA to be tested with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS).
Perform NGS testing using manual and automated processes.
Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary.
Maintain a clean, safe, well stocked work environment in accordance with molecular standards and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems for tracking and documenting patient samples and processes.
Other duties as needed.?
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates or higher in Medical Laboratory Technology or related discipline
Valid NYS professional license prior to starting
Pay Range: $34.00 - $41.00
All job offers will be based on a candidate?s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
