Position Summary

The Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician performs laboratory testing in a high-volume clinical laboratory environment, ensuring accurate and timely results that support diagnosis and treatment. Positions are available across multiple laboratory disciplines and shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory testing according to established procedures
• Prepare, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and analyzers
• Review, interpret, and verify test results for accuracy and quality
• Follow CLIA, CAP, and safety standards at all times
• Collaborate with laboratory leadership, pathologists, and clinical partners
• Participate in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Medical Technologist / MLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligible)

Medical Laboratory Technician / MLT

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
• ASCP or equivalent certification preferred (or eligible)

Additional Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced lab environment
• New graduates welcome—training and support provided

• Multiple shifts available (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
• Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions
