DescriptionThe Lab Assistant II will be part of a talented and dynamic research group focused on understanding stem cell-mediated tissue regeneration and the impact of aging on this process. The successful recruit will assist in studies aiming to understand skeletal muscle maintenance and regeneration, and to develop animal models of aging interventions. These studies will involve the use of cell and molecular biology techniques, flow cytometry, and next-generation sequencing. We provide a supportive environment to develop these skills in relevant areas. The recruit will also participate
