In this role, you?ll combine specialized diagnostic skills with leadership, training, and quality oversight-serving as a technical resource and mentor while helping drive continuous improvement across the department. What you?ll doScreen and evaluate cytology specimens to detect cancer and other pathological conditions, using expert knowledge of normal cell morphology and disease-related cellular changes.
