Seeking a postdoctoral fellow, to perform studies in the area of metabolic bone disease. The project/s will use mouse models of estrogen deficiency bone loss and immune-reconstitution bone loss, to study novel applications of anti-osteoporotic drugs in protecting the skeleton. Strong skills in animal models, particularly mice husbandry, anesthesia, handling and surgery are essential. Additional expertise in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous: flow cytometry, primary tissue culture techniques, immunomagnetic isolation (Stemcell or Miltenyi), molecular biology techniques (eg RT-PCR, lucif
