Supervises all lab activities to ensure efficient operations, continuity of timely patient care and accreditation readiness.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLESupervises the daily functions of the laboratory to ensure effective operations throughout.Prepares schedules, coordinates job assignments, and monitors personnel including the selection, orientation, training, assignments, and evaluations of employees.Ensures staff has the necessary training and competencies required to perform their duties by coordinating continuing education and providing in-services and orientation
