DescriptionSummary:Under the direction of the System Director, Laboratory Services this position will support enterprise laboratory/pathology (including LATAM) services in order achieve established strategic, quality and financial goals. The Program Director Laboratory Operations will assist in assessing the current and future clinical needs of CHRISTUS Health labs and help lead improvements in laboratory testing, laboratory services, pathology services and operational processes critical to performance. This position will help facilitate and lead team efforts to establish and monitor customer relations, supports strategic planning and deployment initiatives, and helps develop measurement systems to determine organizational improvement.
