PRIMARY FUNCTION: To provide patients with quality food and meal service through oversight of meal preparation, storage, menu processing, tray assembly, and delivery. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees all aspects of food preparation for the patient tray line to ensure quality control.
