Summary Hours needed: 9pm -5:30am Candidates with Hospital experience preferred. Phlebotomy experience is not required to be considered. Prepares solutions, labels tubes and specimen containers, collects specimens and performs simple tests under supervision. Performs routine technical and clerical functions. May operate simple lab equipment under supervision. Processes anatomic pathology and cytology specimens. Uses, maintains and cleans laboratory equipment and uses protective equipment to protect form exposure to chemical, radiation and infectious hazards. Must be knowledgeable of emergency procedures.
