Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY: Navigates patients scheduled for Calcium Scoring CT exams to radiology department and outpatient laboratory, provides information on how to retrieve results from patient portal, provides follow up phone calls to review results with patients. Ensures follow up consultation with specialists and provides education and support as needed. . Participates in maintenance of the program statistical database.
