Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:Under the general direction of a Pathologist/Medical Director, the Histology Supervisor manages, plans, organizes, and evaluates the daily operation, staffing, and quality of the histology laboratory, overseeing all testing procedures and protocols in the histology Laboratory. The Histology Supervisor identifies and implements solutions to issues relating to processing and data performance and participates in all QA/QC activities that affect the laboratory section and patient care.
