Overview: SCOPE: Responsible for the efficient operation of multiple laboratory facilities. Ensures smooth running, efficient laboratories providing accurate, timely patient results. Ensures awareness of and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding testing and safety. Develops and monitors all testing. Assures quality patient care is maintained through quality laboratory testing and results. Responsible for the structure, organization, daily, and long term operations of the laboratories. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Directs the performance of multiple laboratories through scheduling, work prioritization and supervision. Oversees all facets of labor
