Medical Supply Technician
The W.G."BILL" Hefner VA Medical Center is looking for a well experienced Medical Supply Technician to work at the Kernersville HCC in Kernersville, NC. The Medical Supply Technicians will rotate assignments among the various transportation, sterilization, processing, decontamination, surgical tray assembly, reusable medical equipment processing and quality assurance functions. Duties include but not limited to: Collection, transportation, receipt, inspection and decontamination processing of soiled instruments, equipment, and apparatus to include complex diagnostic equipment and medical apparatus by following manufacturer instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and National/VA guidance.
