Labcorp is seeking a Manager, Core Automated Testing Laboratory to join our team in Indianapolis, IN!Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift; occasional Saturday rotationJob Responsibilities:Manage department planning and delivery of testing services.Ensures compliance with applicable regulations (including but not limited to CAP, CLIA, ISO15189, and New York State Department of Health), quality and on time delivery of testing services.Recruits, trains, develops and retains sufficient staff and supervisory staff for the effective performance and oversight of department operations.Monitors and reports on performance and results against established targets and global standards.
