Additional Information About the RoleThe Manager, Hematologic Malignancy Program (Remote Opportunity) at Siteman Cancer Center is responsible for leading the authorization, reimbursement, and financial clearance processes for complex, high-cost therapies such as CAR-T, bone marrow transplants (BMT), TIL, and other advanced gene therapies. This fully remote role plays a critical part in ensuring patients receive timely access to life-saving treatments by navigating complex payer requirements, optimizing reimbursement strategies, and driving collaboration across clinical, financial, and contracting teams.
