Do you have experience as a leader in a Laboratory setting and looking for your next career move? Christian NW Health Care has an opportunity for a Lab Supervisor to lead a team of Lab Techs and Lab Associates in an outpatient setting. Ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and experience, knowledge-based in all facets of laboratory testing and management. ASCP registered.
- M-F Day hours can vary based on need, but generally are normal business hours. WFH days available on occasion.
Overview

Northwest HealthCare, six miles west of Christian, offers 24- hour emergency care, the Sleep Disorders Center and a variety of outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.

Role Purpose
Responsible for managing daily operations (QA/QC, equipment maintenance, workflow, service levels, operational oversight, workspace), staff (first level supervision, scheduling, coaching, staff development, CE, etc.) and performing analysis within the regulatory requirements.
