Job Description Under the supervision of the Phlebotomy Supervisor, the Phlebotomist ensures accurate specimen collection, labeling, and handling. They maintain a clean environment, support patient comfort and safety, and help educate and reassure patients during procedures. Specimen Collection: Accurately interprets provider test orders and follows approved standard operating procedures for all specimen collections. Specimen Accessioning: Accurately uses the HIS and LIS for patient registration and test order entry. Specimen Processing: Evaluates provider test orders and collects sp
