DescriptionAs a Staff Research Associate 1 in the Department of Pediatrics, you will be responsible for conducting routine lab experiments, including but not limited to DNA/RNA isolation, Western blot, qPCR, DNA cloning, cell culture, immunofluorescent staining of whole mount samples and managing muring colonies (breeding, weaning, screening, and tamoxifen administration), and performing z-stack images with a confocal microscope imaging of whole mount samples.
