DescriptionUnder the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI), the Staff Research Associate III (SRA III) is responsible for executing cellular and molecular techniques as part of the basic, translational and clinical research. Duties include the cell culture of primary cells and cell lines as well as other molecular biology techniques including but not limited to cloning, mutagenesis, sequencing, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), Western Blot, immunohistochemistry/immunocytochemistry, and cryosectioning.
