DescriptionUnder the supervision of the BURL Supervisors and BURL Manager, the HLTIII performs, a wide variety of technical and non-technical procedures, independently, within the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine.  The HLTIII prepares specimens for analysis as needed, i.e. label, centrifuge aliquot and receive and follows up when specimens are unacceptable.  Performs laboratory functions within the expected turn-around time according to established procedures and management guidelines.  Performs accurate computer order entry functions. Assists supervisor by drafting preliminary daily and/or monthly staff work sche
