Position Summary Under the direction of Diagnostic Laboratory leadership, and in partnership with the Director of Hemostasis and Medical Directors of Hematology (Hemostasis, Platelet & Neutrophil Immunology (PNIL), and Hematology Genetics (HG)), provides scientific, technical, and clinical direction to the Hemostasis Laboratory as well as leadership and management to the laboratory in collaboration with administrators of laboratory operations; responsible for providing scientific consultation and guidance related to clinical and contract research, product development and specific business and strategic initiatives.
