This position works closely with Coagulation Section Director and lab leaders to ensure efficient technical operations, exceptional service, and full compliance with regulatory bodies across all lab sites within the health system. Duties include new assay/equipment verification, policy/procedure review, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, compliance/accreditation, training/competency assessments, and inventory management.
