Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee daily lab operations and quality control Ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and processes. Monitor and ensure proper implementation of quality assurance and quality control programs. Maintain quality control and quality assurance with all governing bodies by updating, maintaining, and implementing Standard Operation Procedures in the lab. Complete all required training and proficiency testing required by CLIA. Supervise, train and schedule lab team. Stay current on all state regulations and certifications
