The Histology Lead/Supervisor/Manager is responsible for the day-to day supervision and oversight of the histology lab.  Responsibilities include all aspects of operations, including: training personnel, implementing workflow and software process improvements; coordination of quality assurance program; ensuring compliance with state and national regulatory agencies; and interfacing with other departments including laboratory, Pre-Analytical and the pathology, supply chain and client services.
