This role involves conducting in vivo rodent research, including the upkeep of a genetically engineered mouse colony, dissection of murine tissues, isolation of DNA, RNA, and proteins, performing q RT-PCR, processing immunoblots, and participating in rodent exercise training. Additionally, assistance with the organization and maintenance of the laboratory is a crucial aspect of this position.
