JOB SUMMARYProject Mgr Sr - Primary responsibility is ensuring the success of the complex projects they spearhead; including overseeing that projects are completed on schedule, on budget, and within scope, and meet the quality and standards of Baylor Scott & White. This position is expected to work with a high degree of autonomy. The Project Mgr Sr will be responsible for the success of projects that range in size, but are primarily focused on programs and projects that are large and critical to organizational leadership. The incumbent possesses the interpersonal skills and ability to effectively engage senior leaders.  They are also expected to mentor and aid in the professional development of participants in their projects.
