OverviewThe Specimen Processing Technician is responsible for the processing and allocation of laboratory specimens and orders from all sources. Responsible for verification of proper patient and specimen identification, appropriateness of specimen and accompanying orders. Organizes laboratory workflow and appropriately prioritizes processing and distribution of specimens.
