DescriptionUnder the general supervision of the laboratory Principal Investigator, the SRA I major functions will be to evaluate targeted nuclease-mediated genome editing in primary human cells (hematopoietic cells, T cells) by performing supportive research techniques such as cell culture, DNA and RNA isolation, PCR analysis, and molecular cloning. The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated, detail-oriented scientist with a flexible schedule and the ability to work independently and quickly while also managing responsibilities from multiple projects.
