Under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations, the Lab Manager is responsible for managing the daily laboratory activities at all clinic locations and directly manages the Molecular Laboratory Technicians, Histology Technicians and Laboratory Assistants.  This position is responsible for performing general laboratory duties.  In addition, the Lab Manager must be able to provide efficient and proficient services to our physicians as well as provide quality, courteous and compassionate services to our patients in adherence to the guidelines, policies and procedures set forth by The Conrad Pearson Clinic.
