Position Summary The Department of Pathology at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine is seeking a full-time academic Clinical Chemist to join our exceptional faculty and direct the Laboratory Section of Clinical Chemistry and Point of Care Testing. This is an open-rank faculty position. Rank and tenure will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and funding. The Department of Pathology includes the divisions of Anatomic Pathology, Transdisciplinary Pathology Research and Clinical Pathology which includes Clinical Chemistry, Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine, Hematopathology, HLA, Clinical Microbiology, Molecular Diagnostics and Genomic clinical laboratories.
