Job Functions, Duties, Responsibilities and Position Qualifications:Position Summary:The Medicaid Follow-Up Specialist Team Lead is responsible for the supervision of subordinate staff that carry out the management of Medicaid accounts through written or verbal direction from patients, aged trial balance reports and Medicaid rejection reports for the accurate and timely filing of claims for maximum reimbursement. Team Leads provide support to department supervisor and other Accounts Receivable departments, as needed. Team Leads assure adherence to all dep
