The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is located at our Rockford CBOC Lab and will be assigned to the Specialty Clinics and Primary Care as a Float. LPNs are held accountable for delivering direct patient care from adult through geriatric Veterans for both acute and chronic diseases in an outpatient setting.
