SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Become a crucial member of our healthcare team as a Medical Technician specializing in Blood Bank. Your responsibilities will include proficiently testing blood samples, performing compatibility assessments, and ensuring proper storage and inventory management. In this role, you will be expected to collaborate closely with medical professionals, maintain meticulous records, and uphold safety protocols. Your dedication to accuracy and adherence to established procedures will play a vital role in supporting safe transfusions and quality patient care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Associates Degree required in medical technology.

Certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

Strong knowledge of blood bank testing procedures, methodologies, and best practices.

Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines and quality control standards. 

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
