It is Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station. EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:

• High School Graduate or equivilent
• One year experience in an acute care setting preferred

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

• Current CA Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
• Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) certification required within 90 days of hire
• EMT, CNA or Medical Assistant required -OR- Currently enrolled in RN program with successful completion of 2 semesters of clinical coursework.Basic dysrhythmia certification or obtained within 6 months of hire
