Labcorp's Companion Diagnostics (CDx) development lab in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Staff Scientist II/Manager to lead the development of molecular diagnostics for oncology and rare disease indications.  The ideal candidate should have experience developing assays in a regulated environment, possess strong analytical skills, and be a self-motivated team player. This is an on-site role.You will lead critical studies that support CDx development and validation. Experience developing and validating immunoassays is highly desirable (e.g., MSD-ECL, bioMérieux VIDAS, ELISA). You will support regulatory submissions by providing technical expertise in the planning, execution, and analysis of experiments. You will also support research programs, including new technology development.
