* QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM * 

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, scheduled hours vary between 5:00am-7:00pm and rotating Saturdays 

Float Incentive: Additional $2.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement 

Work Location: Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding metropolitan area
