LabCorp is seeking a Laboratory Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina! This position oversees all analytical testing labs in Charlotte. The manager of this laboratory will supervise 5 team members directly and 22 indirectly, including leadership, STAT lab, and Microbiology staff members. This exempt position has a schedule of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm but an adjusted schedule or additional hours may be required occasionally to oversee operations.Responsibilities:Manage all functions, staff (technical, support, and clerical), workflow, and supply management of the clinical laboratory and satellite locations.Align department goals and priorities with client, corporate, divisional, and labor
