Location: Rye Brook, NY

Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (Flexible)

Full-time: Benefit Eligible

In this role, you will:

• Perform a vital part of the patient care process through examining prepared slides with the microscope to detect evidence of abnormalities
• Keep records of work performed on daily basis
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control

All you need is:

• NYS cytotechnologist license
• Graduation from an accredited school of cytology
• 1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing
• Cytotechnologist certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards. Employees are expected only to access PHI when it is required to fulfill job duties.

Salary minimum to max is $37.00 to $48.00. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
