Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a part-time Medical Laboratory Scientist II for the Core Lab at the Atlantic Consolidated Lab in Morris Plains to work 7am - 3pm including a minimum of every third weekend.Responsibilities Perform testing the laboratory and report results according to SOPOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipmentPerform quality control tasks and maintain laboratory documentation according to SOPMaintain and manage laboratory inventoryProvide laboratory information to others on the patient care teamMaintain competencies and continuing education.Qualifications Minimum Education:BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology
