Under the general supervision of the Food Services Director, directs and coordinates activities of kitchen and cafe workers in the preparation and cooking of foods for the hospital patients, catering, personnel and visitors during his/her designated shift. FLSA:EXEMPT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervises Food Service personnel when preparing patient trays.Supervises dish room procedures ensuring that proper techniques are utilized and
