Accountability: Coordinates the scheduling of part-time back-up CT team for purposes of adequate staffing based on case volume need, sick, and vacation coverage. Performs microscopic evaluation of gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology specimens to detect the presence or absence of normal/abnormal cell patterns and microorganisms, identifies significant entities and determines whether a case requires further review by a pathologist. Documents errors on data entry error log Evaluates a minimum of 75 gynecologic full slide and/or computer- assisted gynecologic slide reviews per 8-hour day Should not exceed a total of 80/160 slides of manual reviews/computer–assisted reviews respectively in a 24-hour period or as determined by the cytology
