Calling all chemistry geniuses with a passion for leadership!

We're looking for a Chemical Laboratory Supervisor (Overnight) to join our team at Sunrise Medical Laboratories, and take charge of our night time chemistry lab operations.

As a leader of our lab team, you'll be responsible for overseeing testing, instrument maintenance, staff training, performance management, and documentation. But that's not all - you'll also be in charge of maintaining departmental policies and procedures, reviewing patient test results, and taking corrective action to resolve any issues that arise.

But we're not just looking for someone to be a boss - we need someone who can bring a fun and engaging energy to the lab and inspire their team to think outside the box. And as a bonus, you'll also get to provide technical training and coaching to your team members.

To be considered for this role, you'll need a BS Degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science, a NYS Department of Education License as a Medical Technologist, and at least 6 years of bench tech experience. Bonus points if you're ASCP eligible and have a superior communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to promote teamwork in a positive work environment.
