Our firm has been engaged to fill a Clinical Lab Scientist position for a flourishing Great Falls, Montana hospital. This is a permanent position within a tight-knit, supportive team with opportunities to grow in compensation and responsibility. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works with minimal direct supervision, uses independent judgment, and has strong decision-making skills. Responsibilities:

• Discriminate color for cellular and color producing analyte recognition
• Communicate with staff and patients per their education level and understanding
• Assist in the development and writing of new procedures and techniques
• Perform quality control, confer with department supervisor, and resolve problems before reporting patient results
• Perform specimen collection involving phlebotomy, culture collection, and/or assisting providers with bone marrow collection
