Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist in the Pre-Admission Test/Screen Department at Overlook Medical Center to work form 9am-5pm 3 days per week including a 7am-12pm shift every other weekend. Responsibilities Performs venipuncture in a safe environment, following Atlantic Health System Policy including positive patient identification using the Two-Identifier System. Enters Computerized Laboratory Order Entry in Softlab as ordered by the provider. Releases Epic orders and Softlab orders. Transcribes orders as needed into Epic system from paper forms. Performs correct test as ordered by the provider. Uses laboratory references to ensure correct testing codes and correct collection tubes/ containers are utilized. Contacts provider for
