Description Summary:Greets all customers, clients, outpatients and visitors physically or on the telephone. Enters orders and cancellations using Cerner. Processes and maintains laboratory records and reports. Receives and processes specimens; distributing them to appropriate departments. Performs phlebotomy procedures, including skin tests at CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital - Tyler. Maintains supply inventory.
