The Clinical Lead - Medical Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests in microbiology, clinical chemistry, hematology, serology, coagulation and urinalysis. Responsible for the running of a laboratory section, which includes inventory management, quality control oversight and compliance with all accreditation requirements. Job Relationships Reports to the Laboratory Manager Principal Responsibilities Perform both routine and special test procedures for which qualified by education, training and experience. Accountable for accurate results and the proper use of quality controls, materials and procedures. Must recognize the interdependency of tests and the conditions that affect
