Required Qualifications/Position Description:

Northwest Permanente, with Kaiser Permanente in Portland, Oregon is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Dermatopathologist. The successful candidate will work on-site in a freestanding regional laboratory, and will join our group of 18 pathologists, including 1 dermatopathologist. Our practice includes over 18,000 dermatopathology cases annually, and supports a robust group of 22 dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, and ENT and general surgeons focusing on melanoma care. The Northwest Permanente group at large also includes 2 hospitals and multiple outpatient clinics, with a multispecialty group comprised of approximately 1,500 physicians.

Candidates will have the option of 100% dermatopathology-only sign out with no call responsibilities. If desired, a mix of dermatopathology plus general surgical pathology with hospital frozen section coverage can be provided.
