Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Phlebotomist for the Specimen Processing Department at Morristown Medical Center to work from 3am-1pm 4 days per week including every other weekend.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Accurately perform phlebotomy and specimen collection of inpatients and outpatients.
• Perform computer, processing and clerical functions essential to laboratory operations.
• Processes and /or packages specimens according to testing specifications.

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of a certified phlebotomy program

Minimum Experience:

• Hospital, physician office or clinic experience preferred
• Medical terminology experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• ASCP certification preferred
