The Senior Director of Laboratory is responsible for the overall leadership and management of laboratory operations for TidalHealth. Specific responsibilities are administrative functions including financial operations, information technology, human resource management, laboratory environment, communication, technical oversight, quality assurance, including performance improvement and lean initiatives, regulatory and compliance requirements within the department. Responsible for developing and administering Laboratory policies, programs, and best practices. Assists the Vice President of Ambulatory Services in strategic planning efforts and in the development of administrative policies and procedures.
