Position Summary: Responsible for the assistance in the planning, organizing, technical operations and coordinating of the technical and administrative activities for the Blood Bank section. This is to include personnel orientation, competency, oversight of all technical aspects, technical regulatory compliance and assistance in determination of the departmental strategic direction.
